Town of Antrim – Board of Selectmen
Meeting Minutes
September 16, 2009
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. by Chairman of the Board of Selectmen Stephen Schacht near the Boucher Residence on Goodell Road.
Members Present: Steven Schacht, Gordon Webber, and Michael Genest
Staff Present: Chip Craig (Road Agent), and Neal Cass (Town Administrator)
Media Present: None
The Board met with Madelyn and Charles Boucher concerning the intersection of Smith Road and Goodell Road. The Bouchers are concerned about the increase in the size of the intersection. After discussion all came to an agreement as to where the intersection will be located and where grass will be. The Road Agent will loam and seed the areas where grass will be and pave the intersection eliminating the gravel.
The Board walked North Main Street to review the issues that have been brought forth by residents on the street. The Town Administrator will draft a letter to Anne Edwards concerning drainage and her stone wall.
There being no further business, the Board decided by consensus to adjourn at 5:40 p.m.
